InterScan Messaging Security、InterScan Web Securityシリーズのパターンアップデート障害について

InterScan Messaging Security、InterScan WebSecurity、InterScan VirusWallシリーズで、以下の事象が発生しておりました。
弊社側におけるシステムの設定を変更し、現在は復旧しております。

■確認されていた事象

下記製品において、パターンアップデートに失敗する。
※パターンアップデートのみの問題です。Web閲覧、メール送受信などの機能への影響はございません。

6月21日　3:00頃

■現象復旧時刻

6月23日　22:00頃
